Currently we’re actively growing in Egypt and looking for Customer Support Specialist.
This position is based in Cairo, Egypt .
What will you do:
outgoing calls to clients;
response to clients requests via chat and email;
analysis of client requests (chat, email);
conflicts resolution.

English language speaker (intermediate)
