Job Description
Working as part of the Sales Team to bring on new clients.
Initiate sales for products by calling and or/emailing leads.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone.
Gather market and customer information.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM.
Job Requirements
Skills and Competencies:
Fresh Graduates
High degree of self-motivation and ambition
Resilience and ability to cope under pressure.
Proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teamwork
The probation period will be 6 month
Official Working Hours: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
