Reservation associate for Brassbell
Job Description
Handle reservation inquiries from potential guests.
Provide information on room types, amenities, and pricing.
Assist guests with booking accommodations.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout guests’ stay.
Accurately process reservations in the booking system.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain records of reservations and interactions.
Job Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence.
A keen eye for detail and a dedication to data accuracy.
Ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
Proficiency in reservation and hotel management software.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
