Your Role:
Your position as a cold caller (Telemarketing Specialist) is to reach out to Homeowners and check
who are interested in selling their properties, gather the information required and submit the gathered
info through a google submission form to the Quality Assurance Department.

Must be Fluent in English (American Accent)
Graduate, Fresh Grads, Undergrads with a GAP year and Dropouts
CPU (Computer Processor): Core i3 / Ryzen 3
RAM: 4 GB
Download speed: minimum 15 Mbps
Upload speed: minimum 2 Mbps
Plugged Ethernet cable is a Mus

Good communications skills
Able to communicate well over the phone
Good listening skills
Able to follow a phone/sales script
Able to learn new systems and processes
Experience using common computer-based programs
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to manage time and productivity
