Job Description:
Rotational Shift basis 8 hours including a 1-hour break (Rotation Shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM)
1 day off per week (Rotational)
Accepted candidates will attend an induction (training before login)
Duties and Responsibility :
Answering incoming calls on time.
Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
Work Location: Masr El Gedida / Nozha

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required fresh grads are welcomed.
Gender: any
Solid Information about Apple Products is a must.
Previous experience with call centers is a Plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English Language proficiency: Excellent
