Office Administrator for Tiba Egypt
Job Description
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, filing, photocopying, transcribing, answering & delivering mail and phone calls, and data entry.
- Scheduling repairs to facilities, equipment, or grounds to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintaining visitor logs, Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Advance level in MS office (Excel- Word-Power Point).
- Bachelor’s degree is a must (preferred in Business administration)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Good command of English
- Minimum 2 years as a Admin Assistant or Receptionist
- Work Location : Maadi
