Job Description
Our New Branch of Al Fawzy Dental in New Cairo (Agora mall , New Cairo) is looking to hire an enthusiastic and energetic individual for our front desk position from both genders.
Our main branch -where interviews will be held- is located in Al Galaa Square In front of Dokki Police station and Sheraton Cairo with a breathtaking views of the river Nile. Most of our patients are Class A category with many foreign patients from all over the world seeking for dental tourism services in our facility.
Working hours : Morning shift: 9 am to 4 pm OR Night shift: 3 pm to 10 pm
Days off : Friday
Age : 25 – 35

Job role:
Patient Interaction: Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing the dental office schedule by scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Billing and Payments: Collecting and processing payments for dental services.
Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Assisting with the completion of patient forms and paperwork.
Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner. Taking and relaying messages to appropriate staff members.
Patient Intake: Welcoming new patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with the completion of initial paperwork. Providing patients with necessary forms and ensuring they understand the office policies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow. Communicating effectively with dental professionals regarding patient needs and schedules.
Patient Follow-Up: Following up with patients regarding appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions. Seeking patient feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
Problem-Solving: Addressing patient concerns or conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with the dental team to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Upholding the professional reputation of the dental practice.

Job requirements for this position:
Education and Training: Bachelor degree is typically required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, and other staff members.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for patients. Ability to handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and patient records. Maintaining an orderly and efficient front office.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills. Ability to use software for appointment scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.
Phone Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette when answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Managing the dental office’s appointment calendar efficiently.
Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow.
Attention to Detail: Paying attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and processing administrative tasks.
Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues.
