We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in Woven clothing by. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our manufacturing operations with accurate and timely data entry.
Job Description:
Enter production data, sales data, inventory records, and other manufacturing-related information into the company database with precision and efficiency.
Maintain and update electronic and physical records of production activities, materials usage, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate data entry to support manufacturing processes.
Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Assist in identifying data discrepancies and work with the team to resolve any issues promptly.
Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, inventory control, and quality assurance, to ensure data alignment and consistency.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
